Use this form to complete submission of your Infill Philadelphia: Soak It Up design competition entry. (Instructions for uploading files for your team's actual submission are in the design competition packet.)

    Please list in the box below the names of anyone who was previously registered with the team but who is no longer on the team.

  • Please review the following checklist. By submitting, you warrant that the team has completed all of the following competition requirements (and will submit a design board by 2/1/13):

    • Signed, completed registration form, including full contact information for point of contact.
    • Names, affiliations, and contact information for team members
    • Registration fee of $300.
    Note: If there are any changes to team members after November 30, please notify us by email to: competition "at" (replacing "at" with @).

    Jury Submission, January 22, 2013 (uploaded PDF)

    • Abstract statement of no more than 150 words
    • Narrative of no more than 1,500 words that describes the project, summarizes the design team’s concept, and articulates the stormwater management strategy.
    • Images of all drawings which are to include at a minimum: site plans, stormwater plans, landscape plans, and sections/elevations/perspectives.

(The design board will not be used in judging entries, but may be exhibited following the close of the competition.)
